Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the personalized nature of the medications, supplements, devices, and other goods that you order, we cannot accept returns. Except as expressly set forth below, we do not offer refunds with exceptions only in the scenarios outlined below.

Refunds

All products that have been shipped are non-refundable. Compassionate Healthcare has no control over the speed of shipping from licensed partner pharmacies.

Prior To Shipping

Should you decide to cancel your Program, before any medication has been shipped, you may request a refund. However, please be advised that a cancellation fee will be applied to cover administrative costs.

To request a refund under these conditions, please reach out to us directly at info@theweightlossmds.com with your request.

After Shipping

If there is an issue with shipping or the condition of the items received at delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Tracking Number
  • Photo Evidence of the Damage (if applicable)

We will assess these issues on a case-by-case basis and determine if a refund or replacement is warranted. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Compassionate Healthcare programs are not refundable, except under the circumstances outlined above. If the above reason applies to you, you can cancel your Compassionate Healthcare program at any time by emailing info@theweightlossmds.com.

If you paid for your Program by credit or debit card, we will credit your refund to your card on file within 10 business days of Compassionate Healthcare confirming you are refund eligible. Compassionate Healthcare will notify you of whether you are eligible for a refund by responding to your request.
